Our new generation of GC41 cartridges are compatible with both the Sawgrass SG400, SG800 and the Ricoh Aficio SG3110, SG7100 models. These are of course the exact same machines, marketed under different brands...Sawgrass' value add comes from their software and technical support, making sublimation printing a breeze, but it comes at cost.
